Simpson Strong-Tie LUS210-2 Double Shear Joist Hanger. Double-shear nailing innovation distributes the load through two points on each joist nail for greater strength. It also allows the use of fewer nails, faster installation and the use of standard nails for all connections. Made with 18-Gauge steel with a Type 316L stainless steel galvanized finish. Fastener options include (8) 16d nails (header), (6) 16d nails (joist) and Strong-Drive SD10 screws.
