Pump Jack. Adjustable to any height up to 30 feet. Accommodates two 2x10 in wood planks with toe boards attached. Your weight and foot action does all the work. Held secure to wood poles with a positive double lock system. Raise to position with foot pump and lower with hand crank. Must be used in strict compliance with Federal OSHA regulations.
